Description

CJC-1295 No DAC, also known as Mod GRF 1-29, is a synthetic peptide analog of Growth Hormone-Releasing Hormone (GHRH). It is modified to have a half-life of approximately 30 minutes, allowing for pulsatile and physiological stimulation of Growth Hormone (GH) release from the pituitary gland. CJC-1295 No DAC is a synthetic analog of Growth Hormone-Releasing Hormone (GHRH). It acts by binding to GHRH receptors in the anterior pituitary gland, stimulating the release and synthesis of endogenous Growth Hormone. Unlike its counterpart with DAC (Drug Affinity Complex), which has a very long half-life, the "No DAC" version respects the body's natural pulsatile rhythm, helping to avoid receptor desensitization (tachyphylaxis) and minimizing side effects related to water retention.(1)

This physiological pulsation makes it often preferred for use in combination with GHRPs (like Ipamorelin) for a potent synergistic effect in raising GH and IGF-1 levels.(2)
